CryoFlux Loop Architecture Study

Rev C is revised in place with the trap-ID and mass reconciliation, fluid-specific failure tables, blackout budgets, and matching nitrogen/argon pressure cases. I’m now checking those deliverables and the archival preservation; the modeled tables do not establish physical trap elimination, safe relief capacity, or a qualified common coupling.

"Rev C Documentation Review" completed.
Verification found one connection-model error: detached pockets in the recovery circuit were routed to the fixed receiver instead of retaining their own recipient. I’m correcting those graph rows and refreshing the linked calculations and audit records; the mass reconciliation and budget calculations passed their checks.

"Loop Architecture Study Planning" completed.
Revised Rev C in place in Loop Architecture Study in project files, with the four task tables, complete modeled ID/mass reconciliation, blackout budgets, nitrogen/argon cases, and linked calculations and audits; verification found and corrected one detached-recovery routing error.
Corrected Rev B/A were left untouched, with the archived-tail readback limitation disclosed; R-CL10 remains unchanged, D-interface scope remains a Founder question, and no design or release changes were made.
Physical safety and common-interface qualification remain blocked—next priorities are actual valve/cavity drawings and inventories, the approved receiver/pressure basis, and measured parked heat leaks.

Review timestamp: 2026-09-20 15:36:20 UTC
Fresh ERC audit window: 2026-09-20 15:35:12–15:36:20 UTC
Governing basis: ColdNative_Platform_ICD_RevA_Sep20_2026.txt and the current architecture record
Total fresh open ERC findings: 1,162
Executive summary
The fresh electrical review contains 1,071 floating-pin errors, 90 single-pin-net errors, and 1 unspecified-pin-type warning. Classification separates 1,158 expected interface-stub artifacts, 2 intentional/justified internal open items, 2 real electrical findings requiring correction, and 0 uncertain items.
The overwhelming majority are release-blocking interface-completion artifacts caused by the intentionally unmapped COM-HPC connector pair and provisional OAM connector. They are expected in the present architecture state, but they are not evidence that the schematic is release-ready.

Independently, the provisional TVS remains unapproved because its clamp coordination conflicts with the OAM 59.5 V ceiling.
Real-defect count: 2. No correction was made during this read-only audit.
Uncertain items
None in the current ERC population. Findings dependent on missing authoritative connector mappings were classified as expected stub artifacts because their provisional status and deliberate non-invention are explicitly documented. This does not waive them for release: authoritative maps and owner/architecture approval are still required to close them.
Counting methodology and exact reconciliation
  1. Ran a fresh review filtered to Electrical Rule Checks and paginated all 1,162 returned findings without sampling: offsets 0, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000.
  2. Counted the review-type totals directly from the fresh run: 1,071 floating pins, 90 single-pin nets and 1 unspecified-pin-type warning.
  3. Re-ran focused floating-pin queries by exact connector token to reconcile all floating findings: J1 = 232, J12 = 140, J2 = 699; 232 + 140 + 699 = 1,071.
  4. Re-ran the single-pin-net review alone and enumerated all 90 entries. These reconcile as: 67 PCIe/clock request stubs + 1 COM-HPC presence + 5 OAM control/status + 1 raw-entry stub + 4 CAN stubs + 9 enclosure/admission interface stubs + 2 internal analog-floor open items + 1 DCM address defect = 90.
  5. Added the single D1 pin-type warning: 1,071 + 90 + 1 = 1,162.
  6. Artifact/defect totals independently reconcile: 1,158 expected + 2 intentional + 2 real + 0 uncertain = 1,162.
  7. Subsystem totals independently reconcile: 440 COM-HPC + 704 OAM + 2 Power Entry + 1 N+1 + 4 Management Communications + 11 Admission Interlocks = 1,162.
