Crew node hardware design

Build the first reviewable schematic for the Torch Crew Node described in the attached brief. Select real components and implement the schematic in this project, including power, programming, RF module, status UI and expansion. Make practical reversible engineering choices and document assumptions. Check electrical compatibility and report implemented work, unresolved issues and BOM. This is the schematic milestone; PCB layout and prototype validation planning follow in this same thread. Do not order hardware or fabricate. I’ll turn the brief into a documented schematic architecture, select datasheet-backed parts, implement each functional block, then run an independent electrical/ERC review and publish the BOM and open issues. PCB layout and prototype validation will remain as the next milestones in this thread.

I extracted and reviewed the attached engineering brief and prepared the complete build scope for the schematic executor. No schematic components, wiring, BOM, or project files were completed before execution stopped, so the project remains unchanged.
Still required:
  • Select and verify real components
  • Implement power, USB-C/programming, ESP32-C6 RF module, UI, expansion, and test access
  • Run electrical/ERC review and remediate findings
  • Publish assumptions, power budget, BOM, firmware mapping, compliance notes, and bring-up plan
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
"ESP32-C6 Schematic Planning" completed.
I can’t access or reconcile the executor’s report in this run, and no project mutations were made here. The project therefore still shows 0 components and 0 nets; the first reviewable schematic, verification, BOM, and assumptions documentation remain outstanding.
Execution cannot continue because your ACUs are exhausted.
