When will the ACU will be renewed?

flux

I can’t see your account’s ACU renewal date. Check the billing or usage section in your Flux account settings for your allowance reset date; if it isn’t shown, Flux support can confirm it, including how your recent upgrade affects renewal.
No PCB changes were made this turn. Routing execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
Okay what you are waiting to continue to the design?

flux

I’m waiting on available ACUs, not another design approval. You already authorized routing all non-USB nets while leaving USB untouched.
The next step is to verify the corrected 3V3_HOST_RAW vias and connectivity, remove redundant copper if needed, then continue routing the remaining non-USB nets and run DRC. USB routing remains blocked by the reported U3 pad-coordinate inconsistency.
I made no changes this turn. Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out; if your account now shows an available balance, Flux support can investigate why execution is still blocked.
When will i have new ACUs?

flux

I can’t see your account’s ACU reset date, and the current editor screen doesn’t show it. Check your Flux account’s billing/usage page for the renewal date; if no date appears, contact Flux support to confirm when your upgraded plan’s allowance renews.
No PCB changes were made this turn. Design execution remains stopped because your ACUs ran out.

Project Specification
Project Overview
USB-only custom mini-PCIe add-in card with a USB2422 hub, two SEC1210 dual-SAM controllers, and exactly two MUP-C746-1 dual-SAM connectors (four SAM positions total).
Fixed Architecture
  • The board is the male add-in card. J1 represents 52 plated card-edge contacts only; no mini-PCIe socket/receptacle is fitted or purchased.
  • Host 3.3 V enters on custom edge pins 2, 39, 41, and 52 and powers the USB2422 hub through the protected 3V3_HUB rail.
  • Host 5 V enters on repurposed custom edge pins 6 and 28 and powers both SEC1210 VDD5 inputs through the protected 5V_SEC rail.
  • USB upstream uses edge pins 36 (D−) and 38 (D+).
  • No on-card voltage conversion is used.
  • Each SEC1210 VDD33 is an internal output connected only to its required 1 uF capacitor (U2/C14 and U3/C19).
Safety Warning
DANGER — CUSTOM NON-STANDARD MINI-PCIe PINOUT. DO NOT INSERT THIS CARD INTO A STANDARD MINI-PCIe OR QUECTEL HOST SLOT. Pins 6 and 28 carry custom host 5 V.
Schematic Organization
  1. IO J1 Hub and Card Edge — J1, input protection/filtering, USB2422 U1, clock/configuration/decoupling, and USB ESD/filter components.
  2. DIGITAL U2 SAM1 and SAM2 — SEC1210 U2, MUP-C746-1 J2, SAM1/SAM2 protection, series resistors, reset support, and decoupling.
  3. DIGITAL U3 SAM3 and SAM4 — SEC1210 U3, MUP-C746-1 J3, SAM3/SAM4 protection, series resistors, reset support, and decoupling.
Pending Physical Work
J1 is intentionally schematic-only and excluded from BOM, PCB, and pick-and-place. Authoritative mini-PCIe card-edge finger geometry, board outline, key/notch, contact face, and datum relationships remain pending a later mechanical/layout task; no provisional geometry has been invented in this schematic correction.
