Reading docs about How do I manually route a net / fix an airwire in Flux PCB editor, including selecting net from Airwires review and connecting pads with the interactive router?.

Reading docs about How do I resolve an Airwires DRC in Flux PCB editor (missing routed trace between pads)?.

Reading docs about PCB routing tutorial: how to start routing a trace in Flux PCB editor and complete a connection between two pads (ratsnest/airwire).

Your Net 23 airwire is telling you that the connection between pads (between U1 IN6P and D7 pin 1) is not actually connected through copper in a way Flux considers valid.
This is what the Flux documentation says about Airwires (DRC):
Airwires
Triggers a DRC violation when there are existing airwires that remain on the board. Airwires show connections between nodes based on the schematic that are not yet connected on the board through copper. Signifies that terminals are not connected properly. To be properly connected, only connections to the center of pads are considered valid. Airwires are also refered to as ratsnest in other tools.

What to do for your specific error (Net 23)
  • Inspect the copper for Net 23 and verify the trace actually connects to the center of the pad on U1 (IN6P) and on D7 (pin 1).
  • Since the error mentions Trace 91c0 / routeSegment 91c02676, it’s very likely that segment ends near the pad, but not at the pad center (so Flux still shows an airwire). Adjust/re-route that segment so it terminates at the pad center.
If you want, tell me whether you expect Net 23 to run directly from U1 to D7 on the same layer (top/bottom), and I can help you sanity-check what might be blocking the connection.

can you ripup all traces?

Not directly.
I can inspect the layout, rules, setup, placement, and routing workflow, but there is no available project action here to bulk rip up all existing traces. The layout tool supports staged placement/routing operations, but the documented commands are things like inspect, setup, annotate, group, ui-place, place, and route rather than a global unrouting/ripup command
What you can do next:
  • If you want, I can help you identify which nets are still problematic and target cleanup/rerouting.
  • Or you can rip them up manually in the PCB editor, then I can help re-route strategy afterward.
  • I can also inspect the current layout and review errors to prioritize what should be rerouted first.
