I’m sorry—you should not have been left waiting. I cannot view engineering’s response or ticket status from the internal feedback submission, so I have no confirmed outcome to report.
The routing bug remains the blocker recorded here: the existing auto-route job is stuck as outOfCredit, while attempting to resume it returns an internal error. Please escalate it through Contact Support, including:
Issue: The auto-route job is stuck with status outOfCredit. Starting a new job fails because the existing job is still active. Resuming it returns FiberFailure / ResumeInternalError: Unable to resume auto-layout job.
Impact: The PCB has 33 remaining airwires. Other blocking DRC checks are clear, the 46 × 60 mm outline is closed, and component 3D models are present. The failure prevents routing completion, final DRC validation, and STEP export.
Please reset, repair, or make the existing routing job resumable without discarding completed routing.
Completed: Removed all 256 discrete RGB LEDs, TLC59581 driver, 16 PMOS row switches, dual 74HCT154 row decoders, LED current monitor/shunt, touch-ring controller, validation 5 V load switch/bench input, obsolete connectors, and their passives.
Completed: Rebuilt independent USB-C, charger/battery/gauge, 3.3 V, ESP32-S3, sensors/haptics, codec audio, button, and bring-up test blocks.
Completed with release blocker: Added a complete 31-contact electrical interface for the TOH204XVT-01CG using a real 32-pin library header with pin 32 NC and Exclude from PCB=true. This is not a physical mating footprint.
Blocked: Production display connector/footprint, interface-select state, final assignment of contacts 17/18 in QSPI mode, CST820 address/timing, initialization sequence, and final panel power sequencing require supplier confirmation.
Unattempted by instruction: PCB placement and routing.
Final schematic metrics
Components: 107 (down from 417)
Current net identifiers: 201 after deleting COUPON_SPARE0 through COUPON_SPARE7 (down from 209). The platform exposes deletion only one net per mutation; remaining zero-connection legacy RGB identifiers are documented as a cleanup blocker below. No obsolete RGB component or active connection remains.
Functional groups: eight requested groups are present.

Power architecture and assumptions
USB-C VBUS passes through a 500 mA hold PPTC and TVS protection to BQ25622 VBUS.
BQ25622 provides NVDC VSYS, battery charging, NTC qualification, I2C control, and BATFET ship mode. External ILIM is 5.0 kOhm for a nominal 500 mA clamp. Charge current must be programmed conservatively (planning target 500 mA) and frozen only after the selected 600–800 mAh cell is qualified.
Protected 1S Li-Po connects through a 3-wire BAT+/NTC/GND harness. TS network is 5.23 kOhm / 30.1 kOhm for a 103AT-class 10 kOhm pack thermistor.
TPS63802 generates 3.3 V from VSYS. Estimated 3.3 V peak load is about 0.52 A; with margin the rail is documented at 0.7 A. At a 3.0 V cell and 90% efficiency, 0.7 A at 3.3 V reflects to about 0.86 A battery current.
Display and class-D amplifier use independent default-off TPS22918 switched VSYS rails. Combined ESP32, display, audio, and haptic events can approach roughly 1.3–1.5 A battery pulse current, so the cell/protection/harness must be qualified above that level.
USB input is intentionally limited to the conservative 500 mA class; active operation can be battery-supplemented through the charger power path.

Display evidence and release blockers
The public TOH204XVT-01CG document identifies connector OK-F302-31115 and public cross-references indicate 31 contacts at 0.30 mm pitch, but no exact usable Flux library part was available. A physical mating footprint was not fabricated.
Contacts 1–31 are represented electrically. MIPI contacts 23–30 are explicit no-connects in the QSPI design. VCI, VCL_EN, and MTP_PWR are explicit no-connects pending vendor direction. Contacts 17 and 18 are separately routed to reserved GPIOs and test points with UNRESOLVED net names rather than inventing their final QSPI roles.
Release remains blocked on:
Exact approved OK-F302-31115 source and verified land pattern/orientation.
Written interface-select state.
Final four-data QSPI/clock role table, especially contacts 17 and 18.
Exact CO5300 initialization package and panel revision control.
CST820 7-bit address and reset/interrupt timing.
Final VBAT range, leakage/backfeed, and rail sequencing.
Qualified battery, charge rate, pulse current, and NTC/harness details.
Validation
ERC was rerun after wiring and after declaring the power-tree net types/current assumptions. The requested electrical checks report no ERROR, WARNING, OPEN, or UNCERTAIN findings: no floating pins, active single-pin nets, shorts, driver conflicts, missing-power findings, or unhandled no-connect findings remain.
Final connectivity inspection confirmed the USB source path, BQ25622 VBAT/VSYS power path, TPS63802 3V3 rail, independent display/audio switches, shared I2C membership, codec I2S links, wake interrupts, and the contact-by-contact display interface.
Netlist cleanup follow-up
Deleted zero-connection COUPON_SPARE0 through COUPON_SPARE7. The schematic net API accepts only one net per deletion and each deletion creates a separate project mutation; it provides no bulk zero-net cleanup. Remaining zero-connection RGB/row/column identifiers are inert history artifacts. This is a platform-operation blocker, not an electrical/ERC finding; active AMOLED nets were not disturbed.
Bring-up test access
Test points are assigned for protected USB VBUS, 3V3, VBAT, GND, ESP_EN, GPIO0 BOOT, I2C SDA/SCL, I2S BCLK/LRCLK/DIN/DOUT, AMOLED contact 16, CSX, reset, unresolved contacts 17/18, VSYS, TE, and switched display VBAT.
