I want you to build me schematic for pcb that is 10x10 centimetre it has 100 addressable rgb with esp 32 on the back bell plug for power

Remaining work:
- Confirm whether “bell plug” means a DC barrel jack and specify supply voltage/current.
- Select the ESP32 variant and addressable RGB LED type.
- Design the 10 × 10 LED matrix, power distribution, protection, level shifting, programming, and decoupling.
- Capture and verify the schematic, then create the 100 × 100 mm PCB layout.
