Below is the exact procedure from the Flux reference for adding a selector-based trace-width rule to target one or more nets:
Configuring trace width using rule selectors
Selectors provide more flexibility to configure trace width at different levels. You can use selectors to configure several nets at once, several trace segments, or any combination.

To change the width of several nets:
  1. Open the Rules pane on the right.
  2. Click Add Rule and choose Selector-Based Layout Rule.
  3. In the Selector field enter your net’s name, e.g. net="MyPowerNet".
  4. Click Add Property, search for Trace Width, and set your desired width.
