Current project context: BRAVE POWER MANAGEMENT BOARD 3bLH is a power-management PCB with 58 components and 20 nets, intended to provide 12 V, 5 V, and 3.3 V outputs from battery, solar, or USB sources. It already includes major power-path parts such as CN3063 solar charger/test circuit, MT3608 boost converter, RT8059 5 V regulator, SY6280 power switch, TPL5010 timer, USB Micro input, screw terminals, JST battery connector, inductors, diodes, LEDs, and passives.
Nothing new was changed in this session. The requested “pour all” action remains to be done: likely creating/updating copper pours/fills for all relevant power and ground nets, then running DRC/ERC review to catch clearance, thermal, and connectivity issues.
Remaining work:
- Inspect existing layout and nets.
- Identify which nets should receive copper pours, especially GND and high-current power rails.
- Add or update copper pours with suitable clearances, thermals, and layer assignments.
- Verify that pours do not violate spacing around USB, regulators, charger, boost converter, and connectors.
- Run design review and fix any unresolved violations.
