Auto Routing PCB Traces

how to make auto route
Flux’s Auto-Layout feature is an AI-powered tool designed to automatically route PCB traces for you. To use it, follow these steps:
  • Open your project in the PCB layout editor.
  • Ensure your components are placed and that all schematic connectivity is complete.
  • Click on the Auto-Layout button (usually accessible from the routing toolbar) to initiate the automated routing.
  • As you route, you can adjust trace parameters:
    • Press F to change the route angle (elbow).
    • Press W to tweak the trace width.
    • Press V to add a via for switching layers if needed.
For a detailed walkthrough, see the Auto-Layout tutorial.
