No project changes were made. Building the 5-channel TCRT5000 array still requires defining the sensor spacing, analog-vs-digital outputs, supply voltage, connector pinout, and then adding/wiring the circuit and verifying it.
Execution is currently blocked because no ACUs are available. Once ACUs are restored, I can implement the complete array in the schematic.

I couldn’t analyze or modify the PCB because the account currently has no available ACUs, so AI layout and routing are unavailable.
Remaining work:
- Inspect board outline, existing placement, overlaps, and airwires.
- Determine whether placement optimization, trace routing, or both are required.
- Run the appropriate auto-layout operations.
- Verify bounds, antenna/connector constraints, DRC, and remaining airwires before confirming completion.
